The literal definition of conveyancing is the transfer of legal title of real property from one person to another, or the granting of an encumbrance such as a mortgage.

Golden Visa

The Golden Visa scheme was launched by the Portuguese Government in 2012 as a fast track for investors to obtain a fully valid residency permit in Portugal without having to live in Portugal. The permit allows visa free travel throughout the 26 Schengen States and allows the holder to apply for a European Passport or permanent residency in 6th year.

Non-Habitual Residency scheme (NHR)

This is a scheme that was introduced by the Portuguese government to provide tax benefits to those persons looking to retire in Portugal.
